Terms and Conditions
- Parties involved
The present general conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GC”) govern the relationship between the owner or operator of the seasonal rental accommodation site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and the users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”).
- Description of the service
The Site allows Users to search, consult, reserve and rent seasonal accommodation for specific periods.
- Reservations
3.1 Availability and prices
Users can check the availability of accommodations on the Site and obtain detailed information on applicable rates. Rates may vary depending on the rental period, length of stay and other factors determined by the owner or operator of the accommodation.
3.2 Reservation process
Users must provide accurate and complete information when booking an accommodation. The reservation is confirmed only after payment of the specified amount and receipt of the reservation confirmation.
- Obligations of Users
4.1 Responsible use
Users agree to use the Site in a responsible manner, respecting the rights of other Users and in accordance with the legislation in force.
4.2 Personal information
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when registering on the Site. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must immediately notify the owner or operator of the Site of any unauthorized use of their account.
- Responsibilities of the owner or operator of the Site
The owner or operator of the Site undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding available accommodations, to facilitate reservations and to provide adequate assistance to Users in case of need.
- Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change of reservations are specified during the reservation process and may vary depending on the accommodation and the policy of the owner or operator of the accommodation.
- Limitation of liability
The owner or operator of the Site is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages resulting from the use of the Site or the accommodations rented through the Site, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Site and its contents (texts, images, logos, etc.) belong to the owner or operator of the Site.
- Changes to the GTC
The owner or operator of the Site reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and will be required to accept the new T&Cs to continue using the Site.
- Final provisions
These GTC are governed by the applicable law of the country where the Site is operated. Any dispute arising from these GTCs shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the same country.
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between the owner or operator of the Site and the Users and supersede any prior agreement regarding the use of the Site.
